Ivory Coast defender Eric Bailly is likely to feature for Manchester United when they host West Bromwich Albion for a Premier League clash on Sunday evening.

Bailly was part of the Red Devils team which claimed a stunning 3-2 away win over Manchester City last weekend to prevent Pep Guardiola’s side from clinching the league title.

The Elephants centre-back was rightly proud of the team’s efforts at the Etihad Stadium and posted “United never throw in the towel” to Instagram.

Yet this weekend it’s a very different challenge for United, who must guard against complacency when they face the bottom-of-the-log Baggies.

West Brom are dead last on the Premier League log and have won just three of 33 matches this season.

They cannot be officially relegated this weekend, but if United claim all three points – as they are very much expected to do – then West Brom will be all but dead in the water.

The match at Old Trafford on Sunday will kick-off at 17h00 CAT.
